PURSUANT to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
