PURSUANT to section 3(3) of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 14th day of December 1992, consents to the exercise by Marlborough Airport Limited of the powers conferred on local authorities by section 3 of that Act.
