PURSUANT to section 3(3) of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 8th day of November 1989, consents to the exercise by Waikato Regional Airport Limited of the powers conferred on local authorities by section 3 of that Act.
