The purpose of this Part Act is to amend the principal Act to provide for a system of issuing New Zealand certificates of origin in relation to goods being exported to countries that are parties to the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN–Australia–New Zealand Free Trade Area done at Cha-am, Phetchaburi, Thailand on 27 February 2009.
