16 Dealing in foreign exchange by Bank
  • For the purposes of performing its functions and fulfilling its obligations under this Act or any other enactment, the Bank may deal in foreign exchange, on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit,—

    • (a) with any person, including the Crown; and

    • (b) on behalf of any person, including the Crown.
