This Act is administered in the [Te Puni Kokiri (Ministry of Maori Development)]. The words Te Puni Kokiri (Ministry of Maori Development) were substituted, as from 1 January 1992, for the words Iwi Transition Agency pursuant to s 9(3)(a) Ministry of Maori Development Act 1991 (1991 No 145).
