24 Cases in which hearing may be dispensed with

• Subject to subsection (1) of section 26 of this Act, the Registrar may grant an application for a licence without holding a hearing in accordance with section 25 of this Act if no notices of objections to the grant of the application have been filed with him in accordance with sections 22 and 23 of this Act.
