Subsection (5) was amended, as from 1 July 1989, by section 86(1) Public Finance Act 1989 (1989 No 44) by substituting the words “a Trust Bank Account established under section 67 of the Public Finance Act 1989”
, for the words “the Public Account to the credit of the Trust Account”
.
Section 19 was repealed, as from 1 July 1995, by section 5 Private Investigators and Security Guards Amendment Act 1995 (1995 No 14).
