Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) The members of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu shall be each of the Papatipu Runanga of Ngai Tahu Whanui from time to time in operation.
(2) The names and takiwa of the Papatipu Runanga of Ngai Tahu Whanui which are in operation at the commencement of this Act are set out in Schedule 1 to this Act.
