An Act to vest certain Land in the Corporation of the Borough of Gore as a Site for a Public Library.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in His Majesty the King for the purposes of a site for Government buildings: And whereas the said land is not required for those purposes, and it is expedient that it should be vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Gore for an estate in fee-simple as a reserve for the purposes of a site for a public library:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
