• Preamble

  WHEREAS the piece of land at Kaiapoi described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired for the purposes of a drill-shed for the Volunteers of the district, and a drill-shed erected thereon, and it is expedient for the proper control and maintenance thereof that the said land and building should be vested in trustees: And whereas such land is now vested in Her Majesty the Queen:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
